What is the deposit fee?
There is a $250.00 deposit that is required to reserve your rental. It is payable by check, money order, Pay Pal, Visa or Master Card.
What is the security
deposit?
There is a $500 security deposit that is payable, along with your balance, 60 days before your rental period begins. This deposit will be returned to you 2 weeks after your departure from Orlando Hideaway and is refundable less any damage/excessive wear and tear.
Is there a housekeeper?
Housekeeping is included in your 7 night stay. If you stay with us for 6 nights or less, there is a fee of $150.00 for this service. The service includes cleaning and up-keep of the villa both before your arrival and after your stay. The housekeeper does not enter the villa while you are staying there.

Our villa is run by a very efficient management company who handles problems such as these that may arise during your stay. The number for the management company can be found in the villa and is also included in your welcome packet. (However, our villa is only a year old and any major problems are not expected!)
